The Martin Van Buren projects were once a brand new leap in public housing in Eastboro, through the years the place got rundown as government funding switched to restoring Irvine, more and more people packed the projects up and people began to fight for territory. After a while the fighting stopped and skateboarders over ran the place.

Overview.

Van Buren was frequented alot for spots so hit things in ways you think are unique! I'd like to see it.
This park took WAY too long to build but it was worth it. ENJOY.

Thanks for the feed back guys! And River, I'm glad you saw that, I was looking at first to build a public housing projects with lots of alley ways and so popped skate 2 back in the xbox, I ended up in the Stacks and then I began building with that feel in mind. I'm rarely proud of what I do on this game but I'm in love with those buildings.

Ohmid, you should do some epic scenery (buildings etc.) post in old-skoolers tips and tricks thread. Deffo should put them buildings in it though. They would be totes helpful for a lot of CAPers.
