hd render question cause im stupid

I do it just like in sony vegas 9:
Sony AVC/MVC
-> Internet 1280x720-30p
videoformat depends on you I choose AVC
Framesize High-Definition (1280x720)
profil Baseline
Framerate 29,97 (NTSC)
Progressive Scan
pixelratio 1.0000
Bitrate 8,000,000

that's just what I have though I'm not sure if you understand it correctly. if not just ask me

well that's pretty much everything I could write down, for me bitrate 8,000,000 is pretty good

framerate should be 30... 29.97 is probably too small of a difference for anyone to notice but if you can get 30 it'll look best.

Youtube supports bitrates between 6M (6,000,000b) and 8M, Vimeo goes to, i believe, 9M. Higher bitrate = higher filesize = higher quality.

Screen cap your video properties screen and send it to me if you want/need more help. Is this the video with the people doing that thing?
