i dont like wrassling right now because its lost its heart; i think the apex of the mcmahon dynasty was with mick foley, stone cold, HHH, and the rock and jericho... now they are just making up bullshit just trying to get ratings( thnaks to stephs idiodic writings). i do like TNA because most of the legit ppl went over that way when bischoff defunct from the wwe because of legal issues with mcmahon (taking over ECW from paul and wcw from eric )from the past. i wrestled indy back in 1999-2001 ish and i loved it - it was so fun but pretty tough on ur body running ropes and taking back bumps; you just dont bounce like they seem to; you get the wind knocked out of you and you get bruises under your arms from the metal cable that are the ropes. but it was worth it for me ; plus it was fun to talk shit to the rednecks watching. wrestling all in all has lost its way and heart- i still watch it from time to time; but from terry funk to dwayne johnson and mick foley- its just not like it used to be.....kinda saddening for me imo.

I agree with what Monk said. Even though I didn't follow wrestling back in the WWF vs. WWC days aka the good ol' days, I've seen the matches, and kinda felt...well sad. xD I remember the first match I ever saw. Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton vs Kurt Angle back at Wrestlemania 22 I believe. And from there up until 09 I was a big fan. There's really no reason why I stopped watching, other than the incredibly unethical kayfabe with McMahon dying whilst leaving the arena in his limo. And then Benoit died.

I don't watch TNA though. And the main reason for that is, the audience. I know, it's silly. But the audience is just so....angry at TNA events. Or is it just me.


I do though, watch the Royal Rumble, Survivor Series, Elimination Chamber......The ppv's. They're fun. :D

I watched TNA one time and for the whole half hour, I watched booker t come out and they all bitched about the wwe.
Thought it was the most idiotic show i'd ever seen.

The last time I seriously thought about this kind of wrestling was when I was about 10 years old. We used to build wrestling rings out of snow in the winter and wrestle cuz we couldn't really get hurt. Everyone wanted to be The Ultimate Warrior.

I think the only thing that has gotten better over time with wrestling is the chicks. There's much better T&A than back when I was 10.

Wrasslin' in it's heyday was the shit,tried to watch it recently and was dissapointed.All the guys that had any sort of charisma and entertainment value are long gone,replaced by their talentless offspring riding their parent's coattails

Stone Cold, Hulk, Ultimate Warrior, Goldberg, Angle in WWF, The old DX, Austin, Bret Hart....So many great wrestlers...Now we've got....John Cena, Randy Orton(Who actually isn't that bad), Miz, Seamus......Little kids....Only trying to prove how "awesome" they are...

Well. Mainly it's just watched for the entertainment. That's why it's not called the World Wrestling Sports, but World Wrestling Entertainment. ;)
