EA Persona Help

:confused:I recently got back into the skate games, but I cant change my persona (to dl parks). Whenever i go to change it i get an infinite loading circle. Please help!

I Got it to work!!! Waited for ever and it finally loaded, and i could add a persona. Didn't work at first, but i just bookmarked something!
