I found this spot last night. to get to the top you have to go to where the challenge for Haslam is (guys with the huge beard). The challenge where you have to do a line with a hippie jump, finger flip, then late flip.
Just get some speed over the first 2 stairs, then as you approach the wall, turn left and ride it over to the small platform at the top. there is the top platform, and then one under it too. I have a video of me doing a christ air off the 2nd platform but i dont have it uploaded yet
