this looks soo tight dude! Really like the the frames of the buildings. And those ledges look sick! It's the top of those pre-made houses right? are they grindable?

Thanks for the feedback dudes, yeah theres loads of props so you can make up your own lines & the mini's fun to skate, gotta watch ya head thou.
RiverKing :Yeah they are the tops of the premade houses & they do grind, i was thinking of doing a 3rd & army styled CAP with them.

you're quickly becoming my favorite CAP builder.
No disrespect to any other park builder mainly to my peeps at cap faction, Buddah is by far my favorite park builder mainly due to the fact I was one of the few that saw buddah early staged parks(his wallenburg,hubba hideout) and seen how his parks have progressed to what they are now. Plus I remember this tiki park he showed me awhile back, all I can say is DAMN!
