I don't know of a tut but I'll try and explain.

Lasso eyes copy paste to new layer
Ctrl+T then alt to shrink to scale
Clone brush at 80 opacity featherd brush on the original layer, use alt+ clone brush to select the right tone on the face.

Clean up eyes layer with eraser 62 opacity.

Repeat for other features.

Clear as mud I know, but that's the best way I can expain it.

:/ I think the eyes and mouth are out of proportion, and a bit too small too. Haven't got the right skin tone around the mouth either, lol. I'll have a better go later. :)
