Is it worth it?

I want to get the park DLC, but I don't want to spend moeny on something that isn't worth it, so i have a few questions:
1. What kind of new stuff is there? (maybe tell me some new object that you like/think are cool)
2. Does the size limit increase, meaning can you place more terrain/more props?
3. What kind of new lots can you build on?

3) Downtown Night Park, Backlot Park. (correct me if I'm wrong on this)

The big bonus with this is that nearly every good CAP is made using this DLC, so you're missing out by not having it.
Bottom Line, if you enjoy skate at all then it's worth it.
