What Camera is cheap with good filming

the title says it all really i wanna start filming with something cheap but still a good camera:confused:

I got sony hdr cx360ve
I'm not updated with new models of this year but i don't think they have changed that much in one year.

Canon legria hf s200 is good and quite cheap handycam too...these two are the cams i'd recommend for beginning filmer.

Sounds are little bit out of the place but it's not cameras fault hahah
