by accident i uploaded a video with a watermark and i don't want to redo the trick since it took me a couple tries...
is there any way to crop it?

The only real way is to pan and zoom in the editor, and you'll suffer a quality loss because of it.

i tried and the logo is off but the skate is still there

put something (pic, sig, text,...) in to lay over the watermark
