Looks pretty sweet so far man, I'm going to check into the other part cause I wanna skate this and realism is key, wicked job so far though.

Heres some stuff I dug up, its all the same spots you've done but maybe it would help with scaling or the terrain around it or something. On the other thread in one of the pics it looks like you can see some more concrete skate stuff in the background but its hard to say for sure.

use ag spire thing for rocky ish walls, ledges

The ledge looks too long to me, but I'm not good with CAP's haha, besides that I think the foliage could use some adding to in the background just to make everything more realistic like, but looks pretty spot on to me, can't wait to see the final one.

try making stairs smaller, make grass a darker shade maybe a light purple it looks good trust me, also cover up cement spots in grass, and finally make trees darker!

Change the tree by the stairs to just the regular main tree, just put it a different shade and maybe rotate it some so all the trees don't face same way
