Anyone else hyped for Hitman Absolution?

I for one loved the earlier games, and Absolution really looks fan-bloody-tastic!
Really like the look of the game so far, and I cannot wait for the contracts mode.

Anyone else interested in this? If so, let's hit up some contracts later on when the game is released.

im undecided between assassins and absolution. not usually as much replay value in hitman games, but i love killing people legit sneakily

New contracts mode seems to give quite alot of replayability. Don't forget dlc's as well.


I can't wait for this game.. Just hope it's 60 fps on console.

Just finished the single player campaign. I absolutely (absolutionly?) Loved it. It captured the feeling of the earlier games precisely, even with all of the new features it hold true to the design and feel of the hitman series. There were times when I was asking myself if I was taking the easy way of assasinations, and not finding the best way to get a good rating. I Did however manage to get a relatively high score of most of the levels. At times it almost seemed like the game was forcing me into doing things one way, with the illusion of being an open map with many ways to complete a contract, there only truly seemed two ways sometimes one to complete it, without totally fucking it up. Which, strangely was one of my biggest issues with AC3. The deception of open world in mission, when there was only one true way to do things. The game was forcing you into it's only path, while managing to kill your idea of how an open world game should play. But apart from that, I'm not really into doing other's contracts VIA the online mode, and don't see myself playing through it again, given that I feel I completed the missions in the only way I knew how and wouldn't do a thing differently given the option. I reccomend it if you are just playing through it once and want to try it out. But I'm really glad I spent 10$ from a redbox and didn't pick up my preorder from gamestop. Felt the same about dishonored.. glad I rented it and didn't get the preorder I paid for. Hated that Shit. Fuck you bathesda. I love you bathesda. But Fuck you.

Personally I look forward to all the features I will more then likely replay and contracts will be dope
This will be the first hitman game I've played but I'm hyped I'll probably get more out of it
less expectation, more fun.

This game has been absorbing all of my time, i've played through the story twice and i'm nearly done completing it on expert.
I haven't been this hooked on a game since S1 came out.
I think i've clocked about 75 hours playtime so far and i haven't even touched contracts mode yet.

This game's so much fun! Whether you run and gun or you stealth, it's so much fucking fun!

I've actually had some good scores just going all out..
Depending on your situation, cover around you and your distance to the exit
You can actually gun down all your targets in public,
contain the situation and escape with a decent score bonus so long as you're quick about it.
I was starting to wonder if they would give me a sniper! They didn't let me down.. a bit short lived but it will suffice.
Campaign was super long, challenging and a very fun time. I've never played a game like Hitman.
I progressively felt more badass haha.. Got a good amount of "Professional" and "Shadow" ranks and one "Silent Assassin"
