You can file a claim for fair use, but it could take a few months to process. I've done it with a few of my videos, and always won, but having the video unavailable for that long is hardly worth it.

nah, when you buy it you're allowed to listen to it but you still can't put it up somewhere other people can listen to it without the artist getting their royalties
