Looks tight but there's something about his parks that I find, unappealing. I don't know why, his parks are sick, but I just don't know if I'd actually skate them.

ok im just going to say it... fubzie has been a renowned park stealer/idea stealer for as long as i can remember in the s3 community. he used to go by a diff username and he now claims tht it wasnt him... if he really has turned over a new leaf, sick. but if he's still into the same habits as he was... you get the gist. nice park.

hahah funny boy. There's no such a thing as idea stealing...ideas are for sharing. You can't patent your idea. As well as you can't patent feelings or opinions.

Funny indeed. It's funny until you're inviting friends to test a park while your finishing it and some kid takes ALL your ideas-finished or not and use it for a rushed park that they put out BEFORE you release it. It's funny until you had an idea that no one discovered yet and you're just BETA testing it, and that same kid is taking pictures in the park, and trying to dissect what you did only to release a shitty version before you release your original idea. Its funny till stupid shit like this happens countless times and the person STILL denies it even after admitting it.

I'm pulling no punches. That kid has stole ideas from me and at one point I was hearing people say that he found a way to show other people parks that I didn't even publicly upload yet. Thats just strange.

I'm just saying.

And yeah for the records, you can patent ideas....thats the whole point of patents and copyrights; to protect intellectual properties (ideas). Imagine writing the best song of your life and performing it for free at a concert...Then a couple weeks later, you hear Bieber singing some effed version of it on the radio as a single from his new album. Thats serious idea theft. Or the same scenario, except with an invented trick (also an idea).

i understand what your saying, but if a person is making exact replica's of your worked on, processed spots and ideas, then releasing and taking credit for them before you, it can get >annoying.

Well in the same light of the responses everyone has made

Ideas can be stolen, information can't.
You shouldn't steal the credit for other people's work, but once the work is finished, there is no such thing as stealing the information once the correct person has been credited.
