That DLC We Never Got...

So the other day I was browsing Skate 3's on disc files and found the remnants of Robs Fantasy Plaza.

Anyone have a clue why this never got released? Possibly a canned pre-order bounus?

It's on the Skate 3 disc. Both versions. Though I can't really expect much coming from this, since most files are in a container file. Good luck though.

pretty sure that whole thing was a marketing ploy. I remember seeing video of that exact same line in the early days of the skate development. Almost positive it was a pre-rendered video they played on the show, rob isn't actually playing.

also, the fantasy factory was probably not gunna be DLC but just included like how maloof was. Wonder if they added any changes to the FF like they did with skate 3 maloof...

The simple solution is to just not buy any..and dont pre-order any games--exclusives are a ploy to get people to stop buying used games to save money.
Its gamers' willingness to buy whatever content game companies offer that perpetuates it, and it'll just get worse if consumers continue to play along. Most DLC is a ripoff anyway.

nope gamers get fucked in the ass for cash by game companies, they expect since we can pay about 300-400$ for a gaming system(more for a good pc) that we have all the money in the world to spend on games.
