Seriously though Rellz, if you wanna start up a team it really isn't that hard, it just takes pushing some people to actually do shit. It's at its hardest while you're starting out, but if you push through the early stages it only gets easier, I guess up until a certain point when you start managing people losing interest in the game, or anything like that (but you don't really have to worry about that at this point)

If you start one up, start it with a friend. You get a quicker boost that way, because friends of friends can join in. Don't be afraid to start it off as a small team of just your friends, that's probably what works best in the beginning. From there, start putting out shit. Make stuff, get exposure. That's when you can get other people wanting to join.

this late in the game most established teams are full or don't want more guys on the team.
just make sure if you start a new team you don't make it a rehash of a real company,those are always doomed to fail.
