lol can anyone help me by any chance? and what is cap?

CAP is Create-A-Park, an acronym used to address any user-made parks.

All of us here pretty much play Skate 3 as if we were out in the streets, so good luck and have fun :)

If you need surfaces to look like different textures, only way to do it in graphics.
