I actually got this one done relatively quick but it went through a lot of renovation. At first I wanted it to look very clean cut and reflect a university, then I decided I really liked the grungier look and aimed for that but it started to look too much like my most recent upload. Finally I ended up with what I believe to be a fairly balanced medium! I hope you guys enjoy this park, I did include the short rails that Fully made in our collab. I really wanted to do a park with small stairsets and gaps (not low pop, just small) and I feel I got what I was aiming for with this one. I also found a new texture I decided to try. If you can figure it out without using the editor you get a cookie. And don't ruin it by posting it in the comments please:) Anyways, please enjoy and I do look forward to any constructive criticism and positive feedback! :D

To guess, pretty sure the texture is on the cross walk of the large Street pieces?

old skooler you are right, it's any of the crossings from the road sections,between the crossing and the road.
The anticipation was killing me
