Saw this earlier today (http://games.yahoo.com/blogs/plugged-in/ea-triple-payments-football-game-class-action-suit-183020408.html). Basically a couple of gamers pissed off with EA (boy, that sounds familiar) filed a class-action monopoly suit against them for overcharging customers and stifling competition through exclusivity deals, pointing to the EA Sports deals with the NFL and (partially) the NCAA.
Anyone who bought Madden and NCAA Football games between 2003 and 2012 can file a claim by May 15. The rest can be seen here (http://www.easportslitigation.com).
