Another new TEDx talk with Rodney Mullen. It's a wonderful breakdown on the resilience, individual mindsets, and adaptability of people within their own environments. His commentary is skateboarder-centric in focus, but can be applied to virtually all careers or personal paths.
"It could be said he learned how to do the trick through the video, but that's not the case. He learned it could be done through the video. That is the difference."
That to me was a very powerful statement.
I could seriously sit and listen to his observations for years without boredom.
