DAAAMMMNNN that was nice, G. Haven't seen Migu in a while, so it's nice to see he's still around.

this was pretty sick, filming's good, editing's good, low pop and perfect lock. that 180 over the rail was low pop perfection honestly, almost grazing the rail.

What the fuck. This was so good. Great job on this, loved the little editing you did and the camera angles and filming were perfect. Loved the vx feel as well. Gonna watch this a few more times and add it to my favorite skate videos playlist haha.

still not a fan of those panbacks, but this was actually pretty rad

the weird effects (i.e. noise, film burn, etc) are the only things that kept this from being and awesome edit for me.
those things just don't fit in a fake skate video for me, no matter how well they're dont

skating however was soooo fucking good. That ender and the hardflip over the pole stuck in my mind as highlights

fuck yea.

but please use 10 mm for fisheye it doesn't look right with the vig imo

you shouldn't.. 10 mm is too much for your type of skating. what mm did you use for this vid?

I thought the cam length looked absolutely fine. If you're not digging 10mm don't let others change the way you use cams. Film the way YOU want your part to look.
Everything was very fresh and original imo.

I agree with roc, effects were a little wonky for my taste, but the way you introduced the guests was very interesting (in a good way).

But damn the skating was great. Super technical. Starting off lines with tweaks is a great way to add style to your skating. I really dug this video.
Really looking forward to seeing more.

I usually use 16mm but I'll try with 10mm to see how it looks, and choose after that.. 10mm looks pretty good on ryan's vids.
Thanks again for the advices guys!

I actually like 18mm for fisheyes. But sometimes you gotta throw that 10mm deathlense on!

Fucking nice. Tight, restrained beautiful fake skating.
About the effects and whatnot.. this is a taste issue.. same with the lens config. I wouldn't sweat it. I personally could do without film burns and random static/overlays but who the fuck am I, really?

Since you're doing the effect thing: Tip for the "make"-hand that has some greenscreen aura about it: in after effects you can desaturate that specific range of color and adjust the feathering a bit, then it will be harder to spot

as far as a good MM goes, i'd recommend maybe 12mm? 12 should give you the right amount of distortion without being TOO extreme i think
