I'm sure this will just turn into him paying a few fines. The accusational wording is far worse than what actual occurs. I've only been to the new Kennesaw park here in GA that was modeled after the SL park and it's sick. Everything is smooth and tons of different terrain to learn on, but if I had to judge all their parks on this one I would say the cities got their monies worth.
