Download the emulator

http://www.epsxe.com/download.php extract files into a new folder called PSX(or whatever you want)

To get this working you need to Download these.

1st part [Folder is called - epsxe 1.9.0 + bios + plugins - PROPER.rar] http://www.theisozone.com/downloads/playstation/emulators/epsxe-190-plugins-bios-proper/

drag and drop merge and replace. (PSX Folder)

Open ePSXe, select config in the tabs. Hit Wizard Guide.

Now download Thasher Skate and Destroy here http://coolrom.com/dlpop.php?id=40107
Create an folder for the 2 files, name it whatever you want.

To Run the game, Open ePSXe and in the tabs, hit File, Run ISO and go to designated folder where you placed the thrasher files.

I use a ps4 controller on my pc with d24 tool to play. xbox controller works too. just configure the control settings in ePSXe
