Steam refund

Hey are you guys familiar with this new refund thing for steam?
I was looking at it briefly on a friends computer and couldn't figure it out.
I have about 40$ in games I never did play on my account and just curious if I can get that to PayPal.

You can, but it has to be a game that you have played for less that two hours and you had to have purchased it less than 14 days ago. But they also said that the rules don't always have to apply. And for the PayPal thing, I gives you the option to put it to your Steam Wallet, or to you credit card, (which might have the option to put it to PayPal, I'm not sure).

Yeah I knew that stuff already, thanks though.
I was really just trying to figure out how to do it haha.
I couldn't seem to find anything reguarding a refund anywhere on the steam website.
Unless the ability to request a refund is disabled when it's an older purchase?

1) Go here >https://help.steampowered.com/
2) Select your game.
3) Select 'It's not what I expected'.
4) Select 'I'd like to request a refund'.
5) You can figure the rest out from there :p
