I think it's going to be after the first wave of games. So maybe this summer? Could be fall/winter as well.

Fair enough. I have like 4 devices I plan to put on the cloud at different times. So ready for it!
The games I've tried back compat so far seem to run smoothly.
Did read about Halo: Reach having some performance issues however.
So they could be taking extra precautions moving forward I guess.

The gap between console generations this time isn't supposed to be as long as it was between something like the 360 and Xbone.
I assume backwards compatibility this time means that once the next gen of consoles comes out it's just on the cloud or something so they don't have to deal with it again.
So yeah, they're probably just working out kinks with it.

It's gonna be amazing to film some tricks and use Xbox's DVR to record some clips and share to your friends. Even photos will be easier now.

this is cool and all, but imagine this develeoped for current gen.. compare it to fallout 3 and fallout 4.. fallout 4 looks 10x better..
im still hoping someone picks this up.
