It all works. Minus the stuff that relied on the old website.

The game is running super smooth and capturing clips on the One is super easy (capture, put on One Drive, download to computer).

The only issue I've seen is that some skate parks with lots of merged items lag a lot more than they did on 360. It's typically spots in the park with merged bowls/quarters is seems.

It does, but there's a weird thing where your create a park makes the game run really choppy.

I'm starting to mess with things now. Not used to editing on a Mac so not even sure what would help improve the quality.
I did notice a drop compared to say Infinite Air, both captured using the Game DVR. It's a bit puzzling. Almost like the Xbox 360 Emulation had a drop in quality or something.
When I was on 360 still, had a windows laptop, and was using a standard def cap card I was able to bring quality up. I used various settings in a program I can't recall the name of.
So Far VLC requires entering lines of code that I can't find, so I can't save results. I couldn't really tell if the quality was up or not either because playback was choppy.
I also tried two trials of "video enhancing softwares" I got a very minor increase from one of them but nothing to brag about.

Still can't figure out why the backward compatible Skate 3 looks interlaced.
Near stairs and doing fliptricks it looks fuzzy lol.
I wonder if we'll get any more patches down the line.

i use my pc for game development. ive just never really liked gaming on pc. personal preference. i also wouldn't be happy with a pc that cost the price of 2 consoles. consoles are cheap compared to a pc.

edit: i really only have the x1 so i can play with friends that bought the worse console. elite: dangerous is a plus tho

I will build my first Gaming PC when we have skate 1 with mods. Off Board and free cam at the least.
Every platform has it's benefits but a PC is not really considered a console. I wouldn't put them in the same category.
I hate that comparison.. Console debates I get but PC versus console is obviously unfair. They are less in the hardware department to remain somewhat affordable.
The leap from 360 to One was good enough for me. I don't need 4k and a giant rig with a curved monitor to enjoy games with friends lol.
Not that anyone went to those lengths but I know those products exist.

Yeah, I don't know what's up.. I can record other games and even in rendering from a video editor afterwards, have a higher quality than if I were recording Skate 3 on the xbox one.
When I record Skate 3 on the xbox one, it seems to look choppy before I even do anything with the clips.
It's really the only reason I'm not filming lately. Wish I knew why my quality seems lower than some but maybe I've just been spoiled by the xbox one's graphics.
It almost seems like the capture from xbox.com is definite in it's quality once uploaded and cannot be changed.
I guess that may have something to do with it not being a direct capture from the TV using some sort of capture device to get the interlaced signal?

Larmando it's an option when you edit a clip. All you have to do is go to upload it and check the one drive box.
