Modding Section Added to Skater XL Forum

Added a modding forum for Skater XL. A first on Fluckit. If it ever gets to the point where we have a lot of different types of mods where things need to be organized more, I will break the Modding forum up into sub-categories.

Jumping the gun a bit, but hopefully modding is a large part of Skater XL. Infinite new stuff to skate and film at, infinite customization options, etc.... Please. :)
