Probably to the website for the registry of motor vehicles.

There is no online form. You have to go to the DMV which is Downtown on Priest Dr, just off 2nd St. Here's the google map for you:

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=Ila&ei=lBRcSp2WJYig8gTq49HZDQ&resnum=0&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=Killeen+DMV&fb=1&split=1&gl=us&cid=0,0,7052305220196240718&ei=mBRcSr_uLIio8gT99KXWDQ&sa=X&oi=local_result&ct=image&resnum=1

First you have to get a hold of a Texas Drivers Handbook and study that. Once you feel you know it well enough you have to set up an appointment to take the written test.

The phone number for Killeen's DMV is (254) 634-1919. You'll call them for the Appointment or any other questions you may have.

I'm pretty sure there's a fee to take the written test, I'm just not sure how much it is.

Once you pass the written, you get your Permit. Once you have your Permit you have up to 1 year to take the Drivers Test before the Permit expires. If it expires, you have to take the written test again.

That's pretty much it though. But yeah... there's no official online website for the DMV. There a website for the Department of Public Safety which has some information about Texas Driver's Licenses... but they only allow License Renwals and Change of Addresses on that site.

Good Luck.

OH... and this is probably WAY late but the Sugar Sports team is going to be doing a demo in Temple tomorrow at 4pm at The Avenues Skateshop.

The Owner is the same dude that owns Goodlife Wheels. If you can make it down, it should be a cool event. I'll be down there taking photos.
