not bad, i did something like that for the intros for each section in the TT full length. Make a blank white frame and flash it to about 75% opacity for a split section in between frames for a nice little flash effect.

Heh not a problem, I noticed you paid enough attn to grab the shadows and was like "hmm wonder if he used my tut". they're fun to do and look sick if you're willing to take the time to do them. Ill see if I can get you a like to twisb so you can see what I did with the intros...

A lil more time with the magic eraser will help those mask issues. If you turn the brush size down to like 3 and zoom way in you can get hella precise, like a surgeon.

Save each frame of it, import to premiere, or in my case, vegas.

Too many frames makes it clustery, and the skater overlaps. Still cool nonetheless
