Microsoft website, not working for me

i had this problem b4 i post this up
this is what it shows

in order 2 completely download vegas 8 is the program called
"Microsoft.NET Framework 3.0"

so please help me, i cant edit any skate 2 videos with out it

honestly, i didnt understand some of teh post...but to start with, don't bother with vegas 8...get either vegas 7 or 9. 8 is buggy as hell and it just isnt worth trying to work around the weird temperments
