Why I am TheSignGuy part 2

OK, I guess I need to start out over a week ago. Wifes aunt and uncle had a 50th wedding anniversary, mother in law hired someone to make a slideshow with music for the event. Didn't turn out, I had the weekend set up to print and get my shit ready for this big job in Chicago. I knew mother in law would foul up my plans ;) I get the call that sat morning, "do you think you can do me a small favor" uhh what do you say, if you dont your the bad guy. So I agreed to redu the slideshow thing. I was thinking premiere it with some transitions music, stuff I know. Come in look at my computer screen this is what it looks like:

so I wing the slideshow on my wifes computer, turns out good blah blah blah

ALL SUNDAY AND MONDAY is spent getting it cleared.
I got Pawnsy breathing down my neck for OATS5 ;)
computer still not 100% but I had no time to get it going better, just makin do
I had to get printing and cutting done for 18 trucks.
Sooooo had to work 14-16 hour days last week to get everything done, including OATS5 (which i had to restart premiere at least 30 times to get done)

after being up till midnite friday, woke up at 6 got the rest together, drove up to Chicago 3:30pm sat, worked till midnite. Stayed in one of the sleeziest hotels known to man. Woke up at 7 finished the rest of the trucks solid till 11:00pm sunday night, then drove 5 hours back home, got home at 4am monday morning. The last week has been one of the most stressfull exhausting weeks of my life.

And that's all that matters in the end right? Supportin the fam. You're a hard working man and I can respect that. Way to go, b, you da man!

Yeah Embers its both printed and cut vinyl

the grass at the bottom, the grass phone #, and the sun logo are printed
the rest is cut vinyl lettering
if you look at the video of my shop you can see my printer first and the cutter is the second machine.
the grass bottom is all printed and then laminated so we can "shrink wrap it" kinda to the truck.
The logo and # are first printed then i send it to the cutter and a laser lines up what shape needs to be cut with the blade. The purple lettering is a large roll of purple vinyl, like a 24 inch by 150 foot roll of purple colored bumber sticker basically. And the cutter cuts the outline of the letters and I get rid of everything else. You can see the rolls of colors over my desk in the vid. The printed stuff is 4 foot wide white to start out with.

doing it is long and time consuming but getting the stuff printed and cut takes longer.
