So in culinary class our final project was research the country of our choice, create a 4 course meal... appetizer or salad, soup or starter, main, and dessert... then cook it. Everything must be cooked from scratch, with no outside help.

And here are me and my partners results...

Appetizer... Spicy Shrimp, home fried tortilla chips, and fresh banana salsa

Soup... Chilled avacado soup with fresh ginger and a dollop of lime crema

Main... Jerk chicken with a mint habanero glaze, honey grilled vegetables, and Jamaican banana rice

Dessert... Bacon wrapped banana and orange skewers served over home made coconut ice cream

We took two days to complete the project, first day prep, second day cooking and plating.

Oh ya and it was fucking delicious.
