Well with the demo on the doorstep,it's time to say goodbye to san van,i cleaned up my youtube account and deleted some of the lesser parts i did for skate 2.

Here are some of my personal favorite parts that i put out along the way.

1: Frequency solo 3 "bad one"

This one here still gets some attention and i feel it's the best part i put out for skate 2.It had alot of firsts for me,examples would be-double grinds at the end of lines/double grinds with popless out/camera interaction(boxing scene/ender with shoving the camera man)and the first time i ever used a double ramp slowmo on a clip(ramping 2 sections of the same clip). Also doing the switch hurricane on que with del is something people got a kick out of.

2:Slamooh & SupaFly collabo "FUCK MONGO"

This was a really fun project,it was also my first real collab outside of my own team and it met with mixed reviews.Alot of people hated the soundtrack for this, and also there was a big 7 page (argument) thread on EA about it(that was eventually deleted) because of my ender in wich i threw my board at a rail and then jumped on it.Big arguements about weather it was realistic/hard or easy to do etc. This was also the first time i used sound effects on a video (Hellicopter/high five/punchout).A big thanks goes out to slammy for joining me in this project.

3:Psychonaut "Abduction protocol" (SupaFly)

My introduction to joining Psychonaut, edited by robley.I dont really talk about why i left Frequency and i will just leave it at that.I really really loved this edit,it felt powerfull and energized.I spent hours and hours on my ender trying to get it as clean as possible, and i was extremely stoked about how the edit turned out and how it was received by the community.

4:Frequency solo 2 "Dont Change"

I think this was a pretty good video at the time, and it marked a big change in my filming style,i was noticing that things were changing in the community, people were pushing the pace, skating faster and more fisheye was being used,i decided i didnt care about total realisim anymore and that if i felt like it,i would fly my camera down a stairset with my skater.I think i was being influenced by some of my favorite skaters at the time (Bullet/southie/skelli/Skhate88) and that changed my style a bit,for the better i think.

5:My part in Further(and of course the whole video)

Well for the first time in like 7 months,i was gonna be in a full length (with my main team) and i hit the ground running. When i found out we were doing a final full length,i tend to over do it sometimes and this time was no acception.I filmed over 300 clips for this 3 minute part and put together 3 different edits for it.I was floored when i saw the final edit of the entire video,i just have so much respect for the guys i fake skate on a team with, and everyone just killed it.Im ready for Port Carverton...bring it on.

Well those are some of my favorites,i will probably do another thread like this, listing my picks for favorite all time video's of skate 2.

Thanks for reading this post and thanks to everyone who helped me out along the way in skate 2.
See you guys in skate 3 !!! :D

i like this. Interesting read.

I remember that "Don't Change" part was the first thing i saw from you and you became one of my instant favorites.

and your abduction part is probably in my top 5 skate2 parts of all time.
