Thanks Knex, the song is by Lee "Scratch" Perry, it's called "Chooga Cane" and is from an album called "Repentance". Basically it's a 74 year old reggae dub legend, who has pretty much lost his god damn mind, mumbling about weed, sex, pimps and at one point Santa Claus. It also features Brian Chippendale from Lightning Bolt on a song, one of the girls from The Slits and porn star Sasha Grey. It was co-produced by Andrew W.K. It's fucking weird, but it's surprisingly catchy for how schizophrenic it sounds. I've been in love with it for the last few days.
