printed out for the OG demo back then. they gave us just the fliptricks. no grabs or grinds. fun times to figure out how to do stuff.

I remember practising hardflips the first day I downloaded OG demo, I was so pumped about actually learning tricks.
Then I accidentally did a 360 hardflip and was totally blown away, like; "SHITTTTTTT what the fuck happened?! Is that even a real trick?" hahah fun times

I can remember I made my own cheat-sheet for skate 1. Such an exciting time learning how to control the game.

i remember the first few videos showing how to flickit were all from the goofy footed perspective. I was worried that it would just be a set way to flick regardless of your stance. haha

They never showed regular stance tricks. I had been practicing my treflips and the first day it came out, all I could do was lazer flips, I was so pissed

Me, except other way around. Goofy seemed so awkward for me when i was learning treflips ingame.
Besides, the whole game seems harder in regs, so that way i get more e-cred :D

yup yup yup
started OG, set it to regular, realised that i have to learn everything again more or less, changed it to goofy.
Memories . . misty water color memories . . .
Still have the hardest time doing nollie hardflips and sw hardflips.
Still wish we had sliding "boned" meter for every single flip trick.
Can you imagine dialing in the catch so it was just the way you wanted it on every trick?
