Actually.. if you read the captions on the pics, Cuz hints to being able to skate the stuff on the other side of the fence. By now, after discovering how to glitch our way out of every demo and dlc they've ever released, they know to expect it.

Maraffa has really nice spots all over the place, regs is perfect except i wish 1 ledge was a little wider for this line im trying :/ Art gallery is perfect and i havent gone around all of the outside but i heard there's a bunch of good shit. Really like this dlc :)
