A realistic team

Hi. I'm Pan, an old man (26) from the UK. I've had little luck finding a realistic team for the past 4 or 5 months. I imagine because my skating and filming has been sub par. Though recently I've also felt stuck in that void between the not very good, that would be happy to have me and the elitists who aren't interested.

I'm wondering if anyone else is in a similar enough situation for it to be worth starting a small team together.
