After observing it I guess the model name is... "2WIRE GATEWAY" ....................?
We use AT&T in my house so... yea.

Basically what I'm trying to do is forward "my ports." On EA I heard people have had to forward multiple ports to get the reel to work. DaGoon said something about forwarding his xbox ports AND the EA server ports.

This is weird. As of right NOW, my skate.reel is working. I'm looking at it right now and it is working fine.

I will bet anyone cookies... that it will stop working in about an hour or so. This all proves that it is not me. How could something magically start working again while my connections are fucked up.

Edit: I'm not going to cry about it anymore. If I have clips, I'll have them. If I don't I don't.

i think it may have to do with the servers on their end...i have a suspicion that they have moved us to some flaky servers where security protocols have to be just right. Which is just really weird i have DMZ'ed my xbox a few times over this ordeal and it has not worked, and then connected it straight to the modem and it has. Which from a networking stand point makes no sense.

I just take my connection as it comes which is more frequent lately so who knows. now i just need to get more clips at that quarry place...

go to portforward.com and skip the add then find your modem if its the one in pic its the 2700hg 2wire.........I work at att btw..........and then find the application your trying to forward ports for and click on it.........you will then see step by step directions with pictures........

its not a website per-say, its accessed through web browser. its just the local IP address of the modem/router
but look back a page, the posts all the way at the bottom of the page by JP go to that website its got good info

Since reflashing my router with new stuff (DDWRT) i can see which port are being used by which IP, the only one that is used by my xbox is 3074

Well, I had problems with the Skate share pack and it was resolved by deleting my Game Data in Game Data Utility thanks to an EA advisor. This in turn deleted all of my DLC. But it was simple, go back into PS Store and re-download what I purchased from my Download History. Oh no, it wasn't that simple, as it was all there, except the Filmer Pack. Searched everywhere around the Store and its no where to be found. I can access it through the in game DLC menu, but they want another £7.19 from me. bumfucked. So luckily, several very kind folk of the community let me use their account to re download it. But everyone all ready had 5 people active on their account, so it wouldn't let me. By this time I was pretty annoyed. Luckily I tried with one more dude and it let me re-download. YAYYYY. ohfuckyouea it won't register in game that it has been downloaded and installed.

Many people have spoke to EA and a couple have said that the Filmer Pack issues are happening along with upload problems. Thanks to Magic we know people are aware of themain usses, so hopefully this gets resolved and I can re-download the Filmer Pack once again and it actually work.

The Editor is all still there, can ramp etc. as this was in the skate.create Upgrade pack. But atm, it's gonna have to be low res watermarked clips, or low quality (hopefully upped a little, awaiting a part) cap card clips.

Was about to give up on this game, but I think I finally found pretty okay settings for the shitty Dazzle. So hopefully some new S3 stuff soon. So Pyro better get me that graphic. ;)

S2 reel works occasionally for me, may get an S2 solo up, or maybe an iNH S2 team vid if people want.

(All above depending on how much I can fit in around FIFA 12 release on friday, obviously ;) )

bennyg- is your dazzle the HD dazzle? im seeing them for a decent price but if thats the one youre having problems with then I wont fuck with it

The filmer pack and reel is where the problems lie. The dazzle works fine. Its just tweaking the settings to get the best quality. Its the HD dazzle, but its not a HD PVR. You will nvpever get a HD quality from it. Trying the S Video set up currently to see if it differs much from component standard set up.

So if you want top quality capture then go for a HD PVR. But if you wanna spend less money, dazzle is easy to use and average quality ( pending the settings are spot on). BUT if your going to go for the dazzle, go to Amazon or ebay and get just the dazzle. The actual capture device costs around £20 $ for you cross atlantic folk. When I payed £80 for my Dazzle I wasnt aware you could purchase the Dazzle seperate from the software. So you pay £60+ for the software, so if your into that stuff, torrent it, or however you go about it.

Im so fed up now. I've been chasing this filmer pack/dlc issue for months now and got no where. Seems like its a problem that won't be fixed. And my Dazzle chose a great time to stop working. I'll probably keep pestering EA but doubt anything will be done about it.
