Check there for the fix, DO NOT OPEN YOUR ZUNE!
Basically, if you plugged your Zune up today to charge or sync, it probably froze on the loading screen and bricked. Just unplug your Zune, let it die, could take a few hours if it's fully charged, then wait until tomorrow afternoon and recharge it after Microsoft has fixed the issue.
