Well for all you torrent happy people tell me how you feel about this.

TL;DR ISPs are going to punish people for pirating, first 3 strikes are a slap on the wrist.

Honestly I feel like it is going to flop and possibly a new ISP will a rise promising protection for it's users.

I haven't either but I'm starting to wonder if they are going to change how they are looking for pirates. If the ISP's are serious they could find out super easy, but if its left to other organizations good luck catching me >:]
