coverter settings

Hey i just started using this converter http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html and i wanted to know if anybody else uses it and if you could reccomend some settings

uncompressed avi with mp3 audio...makes a really big file but you dont loose as much quality due to it being uncompressed
