Im a bit confused on how to do this . Say I had a wu-tang logo and wanted it on a black shirt but without it looking all awkward , would I use the gltich? And if so any other things I should know?

If you're talking about the stretch glitch, you're pretty much out of luck. Images get really blown up and the detail is mostly gone. Your best/only bet is to use a very small image with minimal details, and mess around with it for a while. For example, I started a shirt using this LB graphic...

and the final product comes out looking like this...

All small details are lost and even the bigger ones are blurry and distorted. Also consider the original graphic is VERY basic, and more details will lead to more distortion.
