Whats up guys? Its been awhile since I've posted do to having issues with the house (flooding). This park isn't my best work but wanted to post something to let everyone know I'm still at it.

Goddamn Old Skooler ! This really brought me back to old times when i created my parkadehouse. You really made me want to create new version from it.
But at least i'm dropping two new parks in next days ;)

Anyways; Car park, or parkade...or anything with cars is always good idea. Except there's too small number of different cars...if u don't want to sell bulldozers or flatbed trailers. I see you used awsome ideas in this and sticked with your basic colours. It's your style and i love it !!!
I can't understand how you get everything flow so well...or at least it looks like. There's enough space between obstacles but not too much. Just right much. And i also love how you keep your parks so green. Seems like all foliage has died in my parks hahah =D
Have to try my best to beat this ;)

Thanks for the compliments guys! The whole idea came from Ladd's SOTW with the little parking garage he had in the background (gangsta).

M7, The basements coming along, I only got like 6 inches of water down there but like I keep telling the ladies 6 inches is A LOT  The water soaked into the drywall so most of it needed to be cut out. I had carpet down there too so that's pulled. Hopefully within the next month it will all be fixed (been playing upstairs but the seating's shitty (I gotta sit sideways to play)..

I got like 3 other parks almost done, all are factory style. One rzrfvr handed off to me about 70% done should be real good!

Thanks again!

Thanks Obiwan, "Clean" Modern style parks are harder for me to pull off it seems. I'll make 5 attempts at one before getting something I can work with / finish. Hopefully I'll come up with something soon though! Just need a theme.

Textures and colors work so well in this park. Love that bank to electrical box.
