As far as I know, if this is your first time Emmit then you've only got a 48 hour suspension, but EA servers say it's a ban. Should be fine in a few days, though that name you made up wouldn't help a thing. Luckily you made it after vixit left for the night... I highly suggest you don't use it again unless you want to get permanently banned.

For Adopted, I can't say. I know the talking back was a bad thing to do though... You might have been fine without it.

But yea, I wasn't expecting so many people to flip out today and I'm sure EA was hoping otherwise as well... Hopefully it calms down but I have a feeling it'll be like this for a few days =\
