Couple of problems...

Is that the quality of your mic or is that an effect you put on it? Sounds like rapping through one of those prison visit phones.Example (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYw-MwLIcxs)

Everytime you said "YAAA, DAAMN, MAAAN" I cringed a little

You need to count syllables on alot of your lines...You try to cram a mouthful into one rhyme and it slams the whole line off beat.
