Dude the guy responded wrong! Og servers are down for good not 3. Just to make sure I emailed them and they said the first skate in the skate series is shut down but we our currently working out the problems of the skate website...

There is, honestly, no reason to get worked up over this, we all know that once you try to contact ea's customer support, they have no idea what your problem is, nor do they care.

Automated responses are what they are paid to do, and the likelihood that ONE of those representatives, who have probably never even heard of the skate series, getting them mixed up is pretty huge.
