Ps3 cap builders and skaters.

Since we dont know exactly whats going to happen in the near future with regard to the ability to upload or share parks, id like to get as many of you as friends as possible. My hope is that even if we lose the ability to upload new parks, we will still be able to propose them from the save file during online sesh.
