I have these conversations with friends....talking about lucid dreaming, and how we can increase the quality of our dreams, what do we dream about...etc
Ive had the opportunity to reach a OBE while trying to fall asleep once....Outer body Experience so to speak....or at least it felt like it. could have been dreaming in a very deep sleep....but hell I was GONZO. I remember looking at my ceiling trying to fall alseep, next thing I know I was looking through the ceiling and trying to find my bed...shocked myself and realized my eyes havent even shut completely, I was super relaxed. It was an extremly odd feeling but seemed right and uplifting. I'd love to experience that feeling again.
So i did some reasearch on lucid Dreams and outer body Experiences.
Drinking distilled water can purify, keep you fresh. This can and will help to increase quality of sleeping and the visual experience most people can't recall after dreaming. Supposedly.
I have chronic dreams....nothing to do with bud lol
