Ea account won't work

on my EA account it wont sign me in on the computer website.I go in fine on the ps3 but when on computer it says i have entered the wrong password?this has happened from the first ever time so i don't know what to do,i cant make graphics because of this.What do I have to do?

make a second account on the ps3 and use that for graphics and whatnot
