No I asked him about the SKATE 3 severs and that is what he responded with.

There is, honestly, no reason to get worked up over this, we all know that once you try to contact ea's customer support, they have no idea what your problem is, nor do they care.

Automated responses are what they are paid to do, and the likelihood that ONE of those representatives, who have probably never even heard of the skate series, getting them mixed up is pretty huge.

I can still upload clips just not access them on the site.

Now I don't fully understand these things, but wouldn't this mean the servers are still up, just an issue with the site?
